Ange MacCabe, CHRM, ACC
Ange MacCabe, CEO of Intuity Performance, is a visionary leader committed to transforming how business owners, teams, and leaders thrive through Whole Person Performance coaching, training, and facilitation across North America.
With over a decade of experience empowering teams in tech, medi-tech, and life sciences, Ange is redefining leadership development by combining human insight with cutting-edge AI technology. Her AI-powered coaching and facilitation platform, set to enter beta testing in January 2025, will enable managers to evolve into leadership powerhouses, driving success and minimizing costly setbacks.
Ange is a certified Performance Coach (ACC), Facilitator, and Assessor (DISC, EI-Q), and a recognized Human Resources Practitioner. She has been named one of the Top 25 HR Professionals in Canada (2016, HR Reporter) and was honored as a Business Elites 40 Under 40 awardee (2023). She is also a three-time nominee for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award (2022, 2023, 2024) and a finalist for the Halifax Chamber of Commerce Exporter of the Year award (2023). Most recently, she was awarded the Consumer Choice Award for Business Coaching (2025).

Maria Maycock CCP
Maria is a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner. With over a decade of experience in people management, communications, and coaching, her career has been defined by a commitment to developing individuals, fostering positive workplace cultures, and implementing effective communication strategies. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between executive leadership, managers, and employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Equipped with advanced training and certifications like Foundations of Authentic Leadership from Naropa University and Prosci’s Change Management certification, Maria combines person-centered strategy with hands-on experience to deliver sustainable, measurable results.

Dr. Kathy Toogood
Dr. Kathy Toogood comes to us with over twenty years of experience as a leader in education, government and the not-for-profit sectors. She has been engaged in leadership development for the past fifteen years with school boards, and as an adjunct professor for the University of Portland.
She moved back to Nova Scotia in 2021, during the pandemic and makes her home in Windsor. Drawing from her research with female principals in education and not-for-profits, she published her first book, Women Thriving in Leadership: Practices for Cultivating Wholeness and Community in May of 2024.
As a skilled speaker, leader, facilitator, coach and author, Kathy is passionate about equipping leaders to do the personal work of leadership that enables them to lead with integrity and care. She cultivates communities of mutual thriving by listening well and empowering others to share their gifts. Kathy is a collaborative leader, believing that we get our best results when everyone has a voice.
