Introducing the Whole Person Leadership Program, a comprehensive coaching initiative designed for managers and leaders seeking to elevate their leadership effectiveness. Many leaders express the desire to cultivate a unique leadership style, navigate diverse working styles, and develop a more strategic approach to advancing their organizations. Others struggle with supporting their teams through change and transformation. In response to these challenges, we developed the Whole Person Leadership Cohort—a program focused on empowering leaders to confidently lead with vision, adaptability, and holistic support for their teams.

The Whole Person Leadership Cohort is designed for emerging and mid-level managers and leaders who are responsible for overseeing teams and are committed to enhancing both their leadership skills and team performance. This program is ideal for those who are not only focused on building a high-performing, cohesive team but also seeking personal and professional growth in their leadership journey. Participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to advance their careers while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within their teams.

Join fellow leaders from various industries to develop confidence, cultivate emotional intelligence and elevate your leadership skills. The following topics will be covered as part of your Whole Person Leadership Cohort Experience.
Assist leaders to understand core concepts and best practices of today’s management styles and determine the type of leadership needed for their team members.
Supporting leaders to delegate effectively, empowering team members to work autonomously, and creating a culture of feedback and recognition amongst the team.
Develop a workplace that is built on accountability, where employees feel fulfilled by their work, are treated fairly and can count on their leaders to provide support and add value through candour enriched conversations.
Assist leaders to understand how to implement visionary leadership characteristics such as big-picture vision, forward-thinking and drive team motivation with a compelling vision of their own with their team and provide a safe place to practice.
Assist leaders to learn how emotional intelligence quotient (EI-Q) applies to successful leadership and cultivates self-awareness around their interpretation of interactions, how to manage stressful situations, practice empathy and manage relationships amongst team members.
Empower leaders to understand how to take a ‘coach’ approach to develop team performance, when to apply the 4 styles of coaching and learn how to implement the GROW coaching model in aligning their team.
A safe space for leaders to share their experiences, leverage the knowledge of the group and continue to develop their human skills. These sessions will be focused on exercises, putting learnings into practice and designing commitments to be realized in the workplace.
As part of joining the Whole Person Leadership Cohort, you’ll have the opportunity to complete an Emotional Intelligence (EI-Q) Assessment which provides insights into the four area’s of EIQ and their subcategories. View a sample report here.

The Whole Person Leadership Cohort helped me gain a better understanding of my own leadership style and how I could further develop strategies that makes use of that style to make the whole organization better. I would recommend any leader take this cohort, regardless of years of experience as a leader. Ultimately leaders that understand and use EI will have a greater and more sustainable positive impact on their organization.
The WPL Cohort made me realize that I had blind spots when it came to my leadership. Since participating in the WPL Cohort, I have begun to approach leadership in a more intentional and proactive way. It helped me conceptualize my role as a leader, better define my leadership style(s) and visualize the positive impact I can have on my team members. In short, the WPL Cohort provided me with the insight I needed to fuel my leadership journey and turn thought into action.
I walked away from the Whole Person Leadership Cohort with a more complete understanding of the ways we can lead as individuals and as a group. Ange created a safe space for our team to be vulnerable and express our challenges without fear of judgement. The cohort enabled us to share with each other our successes and issues and apply the tools to what we are facing as individual leaders. I think this type of learning is crucial for the success of any leadership group to make meaningful change in the company they work for.
